Her extensive commercial experience spans multiple countries, having previously served as Senior Legal Counsel at Moove Africa, where she managed legal risk across markets in the UK, UAE, South Africa, Nigeria, and Ghana. In this role, she led complex financing transactions, advised on regulatory compliance, and spearheaded Moove’s data protection strategy, aligning it with local regulations. Prior to Moove, she held senior leadership roles at PwC Nigeria, providing expert advice on corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation across West Africa.
