Her broad commercial experience and expertise across West and East Africa encompass partnership management, business process transformation, change management, strategic data-driven planning, commercial data aggregation, mega project and program coordination, warehouse management systems, and integrated multi-channel marketing. Oghale excels at envisioning business progress, developing growth strategies, breaking down big goals into achievable units, and managing successful business strategy implementations.

James Fabola Jr.

James Fabola Jr. is the Chief Financial Officer at Arnergy. He is an investment and corporate finance professional with ten (10) years of experience in fundraising, due diligence, transaction structuring, portfolio monitoring, and transaction advisory.

Before Arnergy, James worked in several investment roles with Persistent Energy, Norfund (Norway’s DFI)., Synergy Capital Managers, and Development Partners International (DPI). In these roles, he led transactions across various sectors such as manufacturing, renewable energy, e-commerce, power, consumer goods & services etc.

James has an MBA from Insead, France, and an M.Sc in Finance and Management from Cranfield School of Management, United Kingdom. He also has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from the Bells University of Technology.

Femi Adeyemo

Femi Adeyemo is the founder and Chief Executive Officer for Arnergy, a Bill Gates-affiliated venture-backed distributed utility that provides energy reliability to residential, commercial, and industrial customers in emerging markets, starting with Nigeria. Arnergy enables SMEs and economic clusters to run sustainably by providing reliable and affordable electricity with rooftop solar solutions.

Femi is an entrepreneur with a flair for disruptive innovations. He founded Arnergy in August 2013 and has successfully led the Company to become one of Nigeria’s fastest-growing renewable energy companies. As CEO, Femi provides overall strategic leadership and oversight for Arnergy. He also primarily drives the company’s technology, innovation, product development, and business development. In 2019, Femi led Arnergy to complete a US$ 9 million Series A equity round with capital raised from four tier-1 global investors.

With over 17 years of versatile experience, Femi is exceptionally skilled at deploying technical and innovative solutions with solid project management and operational excellence to achieve high availability and reliability in telecommunications and solar energy operations.

Before Arnergy, Femi worked in several firms, including Huawei, Telinno, Omantel and Cornea Consulting. He handled several large-scale projects in these roles, including a nationwide rollout of four (4) mobile telecommunication access networks. He was also the single point of contact on the rollout. He managed service operations projects for multinational telecom OEMs, including Ericsson, Huawei, and Nokia, across Africa, South America, and Asia from the startup phase to a nationwide scale. His work has been featured on CNN, BBC, Bloomberg New Energy Finance, Bloomberg New Economy Forum, Reuters, CNBC, CGTN, and other international and local press.

Femi holds a Master’s in Computer Networks/Information Technology from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm. He also has a Bachelor of Technology from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.
