Femi led Arnergy to complete a $9m equity capital injection from 4 tier 1 global investors. Arnergy enables SMEs and economic clusters to run sustainably by providing reliable and affordable constant electricity with rooftop solar solutions.
Beforehand, Femi executed a nationwide rollout of four (4) mobile telecommunication access networks. He was the Single Point of Contact on the rollout and Managed Service Operations projects to multinational telecom OEMs including Ericsson, Huawei, and Nokia across Africa, South America, and Asia from the startup phase to nationwide scale.
With 15 years of versatile experience, Femi is particularly skilled at operation excellence deploying high availability and reliability for operations ranging from Solar Energy to Telecommunications.

Azeez Onasoga PMP, MBA, MNSE has over 15 years’ experience in Operations Management, Project Management, and Program Management.
His experience spans Project Delivery, Field Operations, Energy Optimization, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Change Management, Process Optimization, and Customer Relationship Management.
He has experienced several multinationals and market leaders in the Telecom and Automobile Industry. He has worked with multiple telecom Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), Mobile Network Operators (MNO), and Telecom Infrastructure providers.
Azeez is an associate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and a registered member of the Council for The Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He is a PMI registered Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds an MBA from the prestigious Business School Netherlands.
Azeez is an entrepreneur and startup enthusiast. He is a set mentor at the Business School Netherlands Nigeria and a mentor to many startups. He is an advocate for clean energy.
Omobola Omofaiye is a Business leader and strategist with the acumen of leading and building businesses across West and Central Africa. Her varied wealth of experience cuts across different industry sectors, Information, communication, and Technology, Financial Service Institutions, Power and Energy Management, Oil & Gas, and Renewable Solar Energy. She has led the growth of several top multinationals including Schneider Electric, Somfy, and Vodacom Business.
A graduate of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, an alumnus of the Global Executive MBA, Manchester Business School, UK, and a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, Nigeria.
She is currently the Chief Commercial Officer of Arnergy Solar LTD, where she drives the organization’s strategic growth and commercial activities
Ololade George-Aremu is a Human Resources Management Professional with over 12 years’ experience in Information System and People Management in Power, Investment Banking, and E-Commerce and Retail Sectors.
She started her career as an IT Business Analyst in an Investment Bank and later moved to Human Resources where she managed projects and led different multicultural teams in various indigenous companies in Nigeria.
Ololade is a proven expert with specialties in business partnering, people engagement, HR service delivery, talent management, occupational health and safety, and business operations. She has demonstrated the ability in implementing initiatives, building teams, delivering business strategy, and supporting the business to achieve organizational goals.
Ololade holds a BSc. in Computer Information Systems at Babcock University and MSc. in Industrial Relations and HRM at the University of Leicester, UK. She is an Associate Member of CIPM and a Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi). She is also a Fellow member of Teach for Nigeria.
